How to get past Gatekeepers!

I think anybody who tries to speak to decision makers is increasingly bound to come up against gatekeepers. Their job is to stop people like you speaking to their boss! Bit of a bummer really.

The question is how can you get round them and is there anything else you can do to perhaps turn them from foe into friend?

(Clue: there is)

      I have to say John, whilst I’m never rude with gatekeepers (or anyone else I do hope!), sometimes I don’t give people the time they deserve. Good reminder for all of us. Thanks 🙂
