Does GDPR mean the end of lazy marketing?

GDPR is coming and it affects everybody but for some people the penny hasn’t dropped yet: it might have a significant effect on your marketing activities.

But let’s begin with a definition of lazy marketing – the vast majority of your marketing consists of you, or your marketing department, sending out email newsletters, invitations to events or upcoming offers.

So, the big news is you won’t just be able to email people on your marketing list without their express permission!

And even then they have the right to dictate the kind of emails you send them.

That could be tricky but in this video, we’ll explain how you can overcome this difficult challenge.

In fact, you might actually be able to turn it to your advantage!
