An interesting sales statistic that should make you feel better

Why should that make you feel better? Surely you should roll your eyes and groan with the futility of it all.

No, you should be deliriously happy and for two reasons.

Firstly, most of your competitors will give up too soon leaving the field clear for you.

Secondly, as President Calvin Coolidge once said “Perseverance and determination alone are omnipotent”. In other words. You only fail when you stop trying so you don’t need a special skill to succeed.

Think about that for a moment. Keep picking up the phone. Have something original and valuable to say and eventually a percentage of the prospects you’re going for will say “yes”.

Boom! You are now in control of how your business grows.
